Sexual Exploitation Charges Dismissed after Exclusion of Evidence

COMPUTER PORNOGRAPHY CASE DISMISSED: Over the span of 10+ years, K&R unleashed a series of complex constitutional challenges in a case involving the alleged possession of child pornography. K&R's investigation revealed significant flaws in the police's seizure of electronic evidence from the client's home and computers. After challenging the search warrant in court, a Cobb County Superior Court Judge agreed with our arguments, granted the motion to suppress, and prohibited the government from using critical evidence at trial. K&R's work to prove that the police violated the client's constitutional rights forced the government to dismiss all charges.
