ADMINISTRATIVE LICENSE SUSPENSION HEARING WON: DUI

A nurse driving to the hospital was arrested for DUI and served with an administrative license suspension. Kilgore & Rodriguez appealed the license suspension and proved during the administrative hearing that the trooper lied under oath. The judge agreed, dismissed the suspension, and now the nurse regained a valid driver's license while Kilgore and Rodriguez continued fighting to have the criminal DUI case dismissed.
