Convictions Reversed On Appeal

State alleged that Client violated his probation by merely going to the neighborhood pool. Kilgore & Rodriguez argued that Georgia law did not allow the Court to revoke Client's probation. But a Cobb County judge disagreed, revoked client's probation and took away his First Offender status. The Court of Appeals of Georgia agreed with Kilgore & Rodriguez, reversed the Cobb County judge, and threw out Client's convictions.
