CHARGES DISMISSED: Drug Possession

Following a routine traffic stop, a client’s vehicle was searched by police and pills located in the center glove box which did not belong to him. After investigation, Kilgore & Rodriguez obtained proof that the pills did not belong to the client and that the client had not knowingly possessed them. Evidence was presented to the District Attorney, who dismissed the charges before the case was ever presented to a grand jury.
