CHARGES DISMISSED: Drug Possession, Obstruction

Following a noise complaint at a Cobb County motel room, police brutally assaulted an innocent woman on a walkway before making an unlawful forced entry into the motel room. Kilgore & Rodriguez obtained evidence proving the police search of room was illegal and the obstruction arrest was false. When the police misconduct was challenged in court, all charges were dismissed.
