CHARGES DISMISSED: Family Violence Battery

After a client and her boyfriend were in a heated verbal dispute that led to pushing and shoving, the client’s boyfriend called the police to intimidate her. This call to police led to her arrest, and Kilgore and Rodriguez had to fight in court to get the charges dismissed. Families often don’t realize that when the police are called, someone is very likely to be arrested even if that is not the intention of the person calling the police.
