CHARGES DISMISSED: Possession of Drugs

Following a noise complaint to a party near KSU’s campus, police arrested the client simply because she was near THC edibles and exercised her right to remain silent. Kilgore & Rodriguez convinced the District Attorney’s office that the evidence was legally insufficient to prosecute and that the client’s silence couldn’t be used against her. All charges were dismissed.
