CHARGES DISMISSED: Theft by Taking

An employee at a wireless phone service company was charged with theft following a manager's complaint that the employee used an elaborate scheme to embezzle thousands of dollars from the company. The felony case was dismissed after Kilgore & Rodriguez's investigation demonstrated that there was never a substantial financial loss to the company, and absolutely no evidence supporting the allegations that the employee stole thousands of dollars.
