Family Violence Charges Dismissed for Client with Bipolar Disorder

Young man diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder arrested for alleged threats to injure his mother. Although he was initially taken to the hospital for a 1013 stabilization and hold, police later arrested the young man for a felony, where he spent months in the county jail. After obtaining mental health records and working closely with the family, K&R got the charges dismissed.
