FELONY CHARGES DISMISSED: Child Molestation

A client with schizoaffective disorder was found not competent to stand trial twice, and Kilgore & Rodriguez was able to convince the District Attorney’s office to dismiss a child molestation charge in exchange for misdemeanor probation to a non-sexual offense.
