Not Guilty Verdict on Charges of Aggravated Child Molestation

When charged with the aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy of a family member, our client had the courage to reject all plea offers and demand a jury trial. After 4 years of living with the stigma and fear of being falsely accused, our client had his day in court where we demonstrated that the allegations against him were not credible. The State flew in multiple experts from out of state which we successfully challenged at trial. After only 2 hours of deliberations, the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on all counts.
